The Continuum South Tower New Lobby Entrance

Over the past year, we have witnessed new sales price records for the Continuum Miami Beach Condos. Prices have reached an incredible $1,642/Square Ft. for South Tower #3604 with 6,438 of living space (combined SE corner condos) for a total sales price of $10,576,000! This ultra-luxury condo building’s sales momentum has happened even while the South Tower’s common areas were undergoing extensive renovations.

As a comparison, The Continuum Condos North Tower’s highest priced sale (in terms of $/Sq.Ft.) has been $1,657 for condo #2302 for $5,000,000 which closed on September 13, 2011. It’s worth noting that the North Tower was completed in 2008, with a bit more modern common areas and “smart building” control panels integrated into each individual condominium.

The Continuum South Beach Condo Association will be having a spectacular Fourth of July party for residents and their guests this weekend. This is just one more example of the “resort” lifestyle and amenities available to residents and their guests at the 12 acre Oceanfront Continuum condos in Miami Beach.

Below is a status update of the South Tower lobby as of July 3, 2011. Not much progess has been made in the past few weeks. We hear that the Continuum condo association is awaiting a City of Miami Beach inspection before proceeding forward (entrance to South Tower lobby). There will shortly be more Continuum South Tower renovation updates in the near future…
